Welcome at my page.

heya, spammers seem to be fixated on the Nemesis article, could you set it protected or something? Madned 13:16, 30 September 2010 (CDT)

hmm they also seem focussed on some templates pages now. 1 or 2 spamitems every few days. I dont know how they bypass the spam filter. Maybe they do it manually ? - rex

Hi again Rex,

There's some changes that need to be made to the homepage, but I can't access it to do so. The Nividium asteroid list link is incorrectly named, and it's been pointed out that there should be a mention that the wiki is specifically aimed at Terran Conflict.

If I can get access, I'll do it myself, otherwise I'll have to ask you politely to do my dirty work for me ;o) Spychotic 08:32, 9 November 2010 (CST)

I Would be happy to help, there looks like their is a lot to do and this would be really useful for those looking for answers to parts of the game.. GuyW01 15:36, 21 January 2011 (CDT)

Hi Rex,

We've got serious spammer issues here.

We need to do some page protects and - regrettably - user deletions. I can't, I don't have the necessary admin priviliges. I can't modify the homepage either, which is (potentially) a bit of a pain.

If it's possible to hand me access then I'll do my best to make your job easier for you.

Also, if you can PM me on the forums with a contact address, we won't have to co-ordinate our work on this page and can work more immediately. Spychotic 19:52, 28 January 2011 (CST)

Hi, Could you ease up the filter a little. It's tagging anything with ca-r in it.
This unfortunately includes words like: ca-rgo and ca-rry
These words don't even need to be in external links, which makes editing some pages a little challenging. Madned 13:03, 3 February 2011 (CST)

--- Oops I wasnt aware of that. Ill remove that word from the filter.

Thoughts on the spam filter. for right now it looks like link spam. a phrase with minimal impact would be the sequence "http". it'd pretty much kill any exterior reference and I can't think of any words that use that sequence.

not sure how conditional you can make that so for example administrators and operators could use it but not anyone else.

just a thought Madned 14:25, 10 February 2011 (CST)
